  1. Jeff’s Cheesy Potatoes:
    Ingredients
1 Stick of butter (diced if near Seattle, or softened in locales where there is sun and heat)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
    8 oz Sour Cream
1 Pkg (28-32 oz) Diced Frozen Potatoes (such as Ore-Ida Diced Hash Browns – but NOT O’Brien because Jeff hates the Irish)
2-8 oz bags shredded cheddar cheese (NOT Mexican Style because, well, take a guess)
1 bag Sour Cream & Cheddar potato chips (Ruffles are the brand approved by Jeff)

    Directions
Allow the potatoes to thaw (just beforehand – not like a week early, Nimrod!)
    Heat oven to 350°F.
Mix soup and sour cream in large bowl until blended.
Add potatoes, butter and cheese; mix well.
    Spoon into 13×9 greased casserole.
Bake 50 min. or until heated through.
Garnish with crushed bag of potato chip crumbs.
    Eat.
    Die happy.

This recipe is based on partial data gleaned while listening to the podcast and may contain errors. If Jeff ever considers responding to one of my posts he might fix any errors in the recipe above. Or, he may have purposely left out an important ingredient just so that ‘his’ dish will always taste better than ‘my’ dish at the annual Family Reunion & Cook-Off held at a secret location only divulged three days prior to keep out the undesired Podcast Groupies. You know the type – commenting on every podcast, bitching when the podcasts end, and … hey, wait a minute!
